Our Philosophy
Our Principles This company is founded on a faith in God, in whom we place our trust. We value our reputation as having a greater worth than profits. Our word is our bond. You can depend on it.
Our Customers You are the purpose for our business. The confidence you have shown in us by entrusting us with your business will be merited only if we provide results that exceed your expectations. In dealing with us, you should always expect our performance to model the characteristics of honesty, trustworthiness, competence, expert knowledge, fair dealing, promptness, courtesy, and compassion.
Our Employees We want to provide a challenging, demanding, supportive and caring environment where every person can reach their full potential in both earnings and achievements. Our example must be such that it challenges each of us to greater good.
Our City We believe that we have a responsibility, both corporately and individually, to make Orlando a better place to live and work. We are committed to giving back to the community our time, talents, and resources to improve its quality of life.
Our Goals We want to be known as “The Best” by our customers, employees, and competitors. If we have succeeded as a company, our accomplishments will be measured not in the profits we made, but in the lives we have changed for the better.
